Frequency Of Curiosity

The Frequency of Curiosity — NL Post #3

Curiosity is one of the most powerful transformational forces available to us.

When we connect to curiosity, we move beyond ego, beyond fear, beyond limitation — and return to creation itself.

Sometimes I wonder…

Was God curious when the universe was created?
Was creation itself an exploration of possibility?

And if so…
When we access curiosity, are we connecting to that same source?
Are we exploring infinity while simultaneously creating it?

Curiosity is often dismissed as a feeling or a passing moment of interest.

But it is far more than that.

Curiosity is a frequency.

It exists beyond the limits of this three-dimensional reality.
It is the spark that awakens imagination.
And imagination is the birthplace of creation.

Curiosity invites possibility.
It shifts us from limitation into expansion.

It asks:

What else is true?

Instead of accepting the boundaries we were given.

When we view life through curiosity, fear begins to lose its grip.

We stop obsessing over outcomes.
And we start exploring potential.

No matter what we think we know… there is always more to know.

Every visionary.
Every inventor.
Every disruptor.

They weren’t following rules.
They were following wonder.

Can curiosity lead someone down destructive paths?

Yes.

Because intention matters.
Any frequency can be misused.

But when curiosity is accessed through the heart, it becomes something else entirely:

A compass of truth.
A guide toward expansion.
A pathway rooted in love.

As I write this, I’m on a plane leaving Thailand.

And I feel gratitude.

Because every time I connect to curiosity, I connect to a higher version of myself.

Sometimes it feels like my future self.
Sometimes it feels like something ancient… something collective.

But what I do know is this:

Curiosity has helped me move beyond my own programming.

It has given me the courage to question beliefs.
To explore reality.
To ask why we are here in the first place.

One of my earliest memories…

I was about seven years old.

In the backyard.
My mom feeding the goats.
Me digging in the dirt with my dog, Rambo.

And out of nowhere, a thought hit me:

What is the point of all of this?
Why are we here?
What is the meaning of life?

I remember seeing my mom walk toward me with a warm smile…
And knowing she wouldn’t have the answer.

That moment changed something in me.

I realized I saw the world differently.

And that’s when I turned inward.

That’s when I began connecting to something greater.

At the time, I called it God — because that was the language I had.

But even then, I felt something deeper:

God wasn’t a person.

God was energy.
The force behind everything.
Like the Force in Star Wars.

And connecting to that…
became my way of not feeling alone.

Looking back now…

That may have been my first true encounter with curiosity.

Not as a question.

But as a doorway.

Reflection

Where in your life is curiosity quietly inviting you to question what you have accepted as impossible?

Step out of the story you were given…
And into the one you came here to create.

I was asked to take on something I had already made clear I wasn’t available for. I said no. Not aggressively. Not disrespectfully. I simply communicated a boundary. But somewhere during the conversation, my answer stopped being treated like an answer and started being treated...

NL #9 – The Moment I Realized the Journal Was More Than a Workbook When I created the 30-Day Curiosity Reset Journal, I knew what I wanted it to offer. A place to slow down. A place to reflect. A place to become curious about where you are, what you need, and where you may want to go next. But creating something and witnessing it work are two completely different experiences. Recently, I gave a copy of the journal to a friend who was navigating a significant transition in his life. It was one...
